We would like to say yes to everyone but, that is next to impossible as we have hundreds of submissions and it grows with every event. Apply when applications open and we will get back to you if you/your work is accepted!

There is no cancellation list if you didn't apply. There is a whole whack of people that applied before the deadline and they will be contacted if space opens up.
